- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip chicken strips in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each tortilla.
- Place cooked chicken strips on top of the cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly, tucking in the edges.
- Brush wraps lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry wraps for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
