- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Brown the turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the browned turkey to the crockpot.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine all ingredients.
- Add the chopped bell pepper to the mixture.
- Set the crockpot to low heat and cover.
- Let the chili simmer for 6-8 hours.
- If the chili is too thick, add a splash of broth.
- If the chili is too thin, let it cook uncovered for a while.
