Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns.
