- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the juices from the crockpot.

- Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for best results.
