A simple and delicious twist on traditional lasagna using ravioli and a crockpot for easy preparation.
Ingredients

- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pound ground beef (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet if using. Drain excess fat.
- Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half the ravioli over the sauce.
- Top with half the ground beef, half the remaining sauce, and half the cheeses.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Vegetarian version: omit ground beef
- Can substitute meat ravioli for cheese ravioli
- Fresh ravioli cooks faster – reduce cooking time by 1 hour
