- 9 no-cook lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef or sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the bottom of the crockpot with a thin layer of marinara sauce.
- Place three no-cook lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles.
- Add half of the cooked meat on top of the ricotta.
- Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese over the meat.
- Pour one cup of marinara sauce over the cheese.
- Repeat the layers: three noodles, remaining ricotta, remaining meat, one cup of mozzarella, and one cup of marinara sauce.
- Top with the final three noodles and the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
