Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 oz pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
- Add garlic and chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken mixture over pasta, garnished with parsley.
