Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear chicken on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
  5. Add garlic and chicken broth to the crockpot.
  6. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  7. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  8. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined.
  9. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  10. Serve chicken mixture over pasta, garnished with parsley.
