Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetables (carrots, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving.
