- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir to combine ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Before serving, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix with sauce.
- Serve chicken mixture over spaghetti and top with mozzarella cheese.

- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
