Ingredients

  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, combine chicken, gnocchi, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Stir well and cover the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add spinach and heavy cream.
