Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups egg noodles
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add egg noodles and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low until noodles are tender.

- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on preference.
