Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the crockpot along with the cooked pasta.
- Stir well and serve, garnished with fresh parsley.

- This dish can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free pasta.
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
