Ingredients

- 8 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 4 cups of diced bread
- 1 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add diced ham, cheese, bread, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until set.
- Serve warm.
