A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender beef tips slow-cooked to perfection and served over noodles.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Place beef, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper. Pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the crockpot and cook for another 15 minutes until thickened.
- Serve beef tips over cooked noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the beef before adding to the crockpot.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
