Description
Crockpot BBQ pulled chicken is a simple dish made with tender chicken simmered in barbecue sauce.

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Adjust the barbecue sauce to your taste.
- For a spicier version, add hot sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
