- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ham, potatoes, onion, and chicken broth in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Stir well before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover ham for this recipe.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- For a thicker soup, mash some of the potatoes.
