- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 6 French rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place beef chuck roast in the crock pot.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic around the roast.
- Pour beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
- Sprinkle thyme and rosemary on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Toast French rolls and top with shredded beef and provolone cheese.
- Serve with the cooking juices for dipping.
