- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your fryer or a deep pot with oil to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and add them to the bowl. Toss well to coat the wings evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Fry the wings in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
