Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and rosemary before serving.
