Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. Once cooled, place the potatoes on a clean surface. Using the bottom of a glass or a potato masher, gently smash each potato until flattened but not falling apart.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the smashed potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
