Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes to crisp up.
- Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
