  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in the mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Slice chicken into strips.
  7. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  8. Assemble burritos by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a burrito.
