- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve sauce over chicken.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better texture.
- Adjust garlic to your taste preference.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
