- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Use fresh Parmesan for best results.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
