- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve chicken topped with Alfredo sauce.
