Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
