- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- For the Alfredo sauce, heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then serve with the crispy chicken bites.
