Description
Crispy oven-baked chicken tenders are a healthier alternative to fried chicken. They are juicy inside and crispy outside.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Place tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Let tenders rest for 5 minutes after baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
