  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut each mozzarella stick in half for smaller portions.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of breadcrumbs, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
