Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the hash browns, sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
