Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. While the wedges bake, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and paprika to make the dipping sauce.
  6. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.
