- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Coat each wing in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wings for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
- Cut potatoes into fries and fry in the same oil for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve hot with the wings.
