Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry chicken strips until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. For the dip, mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard in a bowl.
  7. Serve chicken strips hot with the cheesy dip.
