- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut fish into strips.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Dip fish strips in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, mint, garlic, and salt to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan.
- Fill tortillas with fish, cabbage, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve with lime wedges.
