- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Toss potato fries with oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on another baking sheet.
- Bake chicken and fries for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
