Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 23 dill pickle slices
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breast to even thickness.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Place the cheese slice on the chicken and let it melt slightly.
  6. Toast the bun lightly.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on the bun.
