  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into thin slices.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
  5. Dip chicken slices in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
