- 12 slider buns
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut chicken breasts into thin slices.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- Dip chicken slices in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken slices until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Arrange slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Place cooked chicken slices on each bun.
- Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
