- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 burger buns
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Mix shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar to make the slaw.
- Toast the buns lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich with fried chicken and slaw.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust the slaw’s tanginess by adding more or less lemon juice.
