- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup cold juice (any flavor)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into strips.
- Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Fry potato slices in the same oil until crispy.
- Serve chicken fingers with fried potatoes and cold juice.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Drain fried food on paper towels to remove excess oil.
