  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter. Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and thyme. Stir until thickened.
