Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour.
  3. Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
  4. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  6. Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika to the pan.
  7. Simmer sauce until thickened.
  8. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
