- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and crispy.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika to the pan.
- Simmer sauce until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
