Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Toast the bread slices in a pan.
  7. Mix lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
