A crispy chicken Caesar sandwich made at home.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices in a pan.
- Mix lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Assemble the sandwich: place chicken on bread, top with lettuce mixture, and add the second slice of bread.
Notes
- Serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side.
- Use whole grain bread for added nutrition.
