- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 sandwich rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken in breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, mix lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Once chicken is done, slice it into strips.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing chicken and salad in rolls.
- Serve immediately.
