  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
