- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Place chicken tenders in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat evenly with the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken tenders in hot oil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
