- 2 large russet potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, shake the basket to toss the potatoes. Continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
