Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, shake the basket to toss the potatoes. Continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
