Description

A delicious and easy-to-make meal featuring crispy breaded fish paired with golden Parmesan fries.


Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, remaining Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat fish fillets in beaten eggs, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Drain fish on paper towels.
  8. Serve fish with fries and garnish with fresh parsley.
