Ingredients

- 2 white fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the Parmesan cheese.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Mix breadcrumbs, remaining Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat fish fillets in beaten eggs, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain fish on paper towels.
- Serve fish with fries and garnish with fresh parsley.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For crispier fries, flip halfway through baking.
