- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into fries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) for the fries.
- Cut the potatoes into fries, toss with oil, salt, and pepper, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the breaded fish for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with the fries.
