Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).

- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
