- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 brioche bun
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 pickle slices
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture, dip in egg, then coat again in flour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Toast the brioche bun lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise and honey mustard on the bun.
- Layer lettuce, fried chicken, and pickles on the bun.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, double-coat the chicken in flour.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
