- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add BBQ sauce to the chicken and stir until coated.
- Warm tortillas slightly.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, BBQ chicken, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Drizzle sour cream if desired.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
- Heat a clean pan over medium heat and cook wraps seam-side down for 1-2 minutes per side until crispy.
